Peach Italian Soda

Italian sodas are so easy to make its ridiculous! You can experiment with which ever syrup you like to find the flavour you like best to make your drink totally unique. 

  1. Add 45ml 1883 peach syrup to a highball glass
  2. Then add crushed ice to the glass
  3. Fill the highball glass ¾ full of sparkling water (ginger ale works well too)
  4. Top with 30ml of thick single cream and serve with sprig of mint

Sparkling Fruit Spritzer

We think you’ll like this sparkling fruit spritzer, and it couldn’t be easier to make. The flavour combination is sublime – tangy lime, the sweetness of mixed berries and peach, combined with the effervesce from the sparkling water, delivers a refreshing, fruity medley in a glass. This is a refreshing drink that’s thirst quenching and bursting with delicious flavours, making it the perfect summer drinks choice no matter what time of day.

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
  2. Add 20ml 1883 mixed berries syrup
  3. Add 20ml 1883 peach syrup
  4. Top with sparkling water and a squeeze of lime and a twist of lime rind

Sparkling Fruit Spritzer

Chilled Creamy Banana Coffee

The cornerstone of this drink is Farrer’s espresso, which provides a robust and aromatic coffee hit, balanced with the silky smoothness of the chilled whole milk and the rich creaminess of the indulgent vanilla ice cream, which adds a little decadence and a touch of luxury, all nice complemented by the sweetness of the banana. The result is totally tasty treat, that’s rich, smooth and more than a little bit decadent!

  1. 10ml 1883 banana syrup
  2. 30ml (1 shot) of Farrer’s espresso
  3. One scoop of vanilla ice-cream or thick cream
  4. 120ml iced whole milk or alternative
  5. Blitz together in a blender then serve

Chilled Creamy Banana Coffee

Amaretto & Peach Shake

There’s no two ways about it this shake is totally indulgent! Nutty almond, sweet peach, rich chocolate and vanilla combine perfectly to deliver a balanced drink that’s refreshingly creamy.

  1. To a blender add 30ml 1883 peach syrup
  2. 15ml 1883 amaretto syrup
  3. 15ml 1883 chocolate syrup
  4. Two scoops of vanilla ice cream or yogurt
  5. 90ml whole milk or alternative
  6. ¼ of a fresh banana
  7. Blitz together in the blender and serve in chilled glass with ice

Amaretto & Peach Shake

Coniston Cloud (Earl Grey latte with vanilla)

All you need to make this simple flavoursome latte is Farrer’s Earl Grey tea, milk, vanilla syrup and a dash of pure honey. It’s simple to make and packed with flavour - with a bergamot citrus hit, floral notes from the honey and subtle vanilla notes add a touch of indulgence and enhances the overall sweetness and complexity of the drink making this the perfect creamy tea latte!

  1. Make a 30ml shot of strong brewed Farrer’s Earl Grey tea (steeped for around 5 minutes)
  2. Add 20ml 1883 vanilla syrup to a glass
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of honey
  4. Fill the glass ¾ full with ice
  5. Pour in ½ cup hot latte milk, or if you want this drink to be extra cold pour in ½ cup of frothed cold milk using a handheld frother
  6. Slowly top with the 30ml Shot of Earl Grey Tea

Peach Iced Tea

There’s nothing like a refreshing glass peach iced tea, the sweet and tangy taste of peach syrup combined with the coolness of iced tea is the perfect fruity balance on a hot summer’s day. We’ve gone for a green tea in this version but feel free to experiment with your favourite Farrer’s teas to find the perfect blend to suit your mood. 

  1. Prepare cold brewed Farrer’s Gunpowder Green Tea (Steep the tea for 8-12 hours by leaving in the fridge overnight)
  2. Add ice to a glass
  3. Then add 10-20ml of 1883 peach syrup
  4. Top with the cold brew Farrer’s green tea
  5. Add a sprig of mint to garnish.

Peach Iced Tea

Caramelized Peanut Cappuccino

Farrer’s espresso is the building block for this cappuccino, the aromatic and complex coffee flavours, provide a bold background, which is enhanced by the star ingredient, caramelised peanut syrup, which infuses the drink with its distinct nutty flavour, adding richness and a slightly sweet background note, to deliver a unique twist on the classic cappuccino, that’s well balanced and totally satisfying.

  1. Add 20ml 1883 caramelized peanut syrup to a cup
  2. Then add 30ml (1 shot) of espresso
  3. Top with 90ml whole milk (frothed)
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate powder to garnish
