Black Teas include the well-known types such as Assam, Ceylon, Darjeeling, English Breakfast and of course our Lakeland Special Blend.
These types of tea are referred to in China as “red tea” because of their copper/red colour. Black Tea is characterised by the oxidation process in its production, which produces the darkening of the leaves.
